Weight Around 238 at 5'11" there somehow made heavy and didn't fill out working with someone new on prep so that is on me for not competing as most co ditioned super at show..... Don't want to go into detail but let's just say make the weight class u sign up for or make damn sure your name is placed under new wt class list

thanks again guys, REALLY concentrating on quad mass/sweep and back thickness this offseason....if only my quad sweep responded like my teardrops, LOL... gonna reacess where I am at Summer 2010, and decide on Nationals then coming in as a conditioned super hopefully 240-245
