Ramy looking better than ever

I'm sure most of you have seen these from Ramy yesterday, but man he is looking better than ever. Hard to imagine this physique getting beat.

Damn, he looks absolutely phenomenal. If that‘s recent, I‘m really excited to see what his lower body might look like at the O. Definitely gonna be hard to beat this year IMO.

I think he definitely can be defeated, not a fan of his structure; those pictures as impressive as they are mean very little, Roelly Winklaar also posts them...

Looks the same as always to me. Maybe I am blind Lol. Ramy and his camp have a psychological advantage right now, every pic is going to look "fantastic." If he wasn't Mr O these pics would get the same old "looks the same" comments.

Yep, way too muffined up, same with his quads, too much site enhancement.

note: it's not oil they are using anymore but it still looks almost as bad

Agreed, if he can nail his conditioning, he'll be almost unstoppable, but coming in perfect one time doesn't necessarily mean he's figured out the formula. Looks to be on point though.

That's what I want to say. Lay off that for awhile and maybe they will look better. Way too much oil there, looks unnatural and doesn't match the rest of his body.

Sure, would probably not argue with that.

But to illustrate my point. From 2018. Crazy proportions. Will be interesting to see if he's gotten bigger since last year. Unfortunately there's no official weigh-in.
Chad experimented a bit with Ronnie over his reign, sometimes bigger, sometimes leaner. So we'll see what strategy they take this year.

A lot of gear, most bodybuilders sticks only in the shoulders, triceps and biceps and lats, now you do not see stripes on the shoulders, triceps or a great separation of arms

Possibly the hyaluronic acid. But maybe that's not Chad's thing at all, don't know. Palumbo thought Ramy had "water based stuff" in his quads (hya).
