It seems very authentic and legit, and for those of you wondering , you can find this at Costco!!! I'm in California so I have the California version of this honey, they sell a different domestic version as well .

Most of the farmer's markets in So Cal have raw from local farmers if you can make it to one.

I think the later is better, but what you have is also good, raw honey has many benefits. but the second kind you posted with the propolis and pollen has additional vitamins and enzymes

agree on post workout, I stir it into my post workout shake with a few bananas, or just take a tablespoon from the jar with a whole food meal :yeahthat:
