I am doing a bodybuilding comp, but after I would like to try my hand at strongmen and powerlifting comps.
I would like to know where I might end up on totals after working on form and with the use of equipment.\
My lifts are as follows(all with no equipement, including belt)
Bench 475, full pause
Squat 545x5
Deadlift 495x5
What could I accomplish, and would I be competitive in the 275 weight class.
BTW I did these natural, and am starting my first real cycle for the bodybuilding contest.
