Was googling raw milk benefits as its my new vice lately, and thought this interesting....pretty much only drink raw milk for however long and cleanse your body and lose some weight....dunno if I'll try it but thought it interesting and worth sharing...thoughts?
Interesting. It doesn't seem like much of a fast though, besides the fact that raw milk is extremely easy to digest. I suppose it would enable you to greatly extend the 'fast' without running into the problems of a tradition long term fast.
The whole point of a fasting is to give your internal organs a rest, particularly your digestive system. This allows all that energy that would go toward digesting food to be put to, temporarily, better use in healing, repairing and detoxifying the entire body.
I think I'll pass on this one and use raw milk for what it's intended for. I prefer the once a week 24 hour fast with distilled water, raw ACV and psyllium.
