There are so many variables that make this hard to answer.
If you are in a big calorie deficit then more frequent refeeds MIGHT be needed , if you are extremely lean and have a fast metabolism , if you have a labor intensive job , if you are over training they might be needed.
What is your current body weight and body fat %
What does your current diet look like
What kind of job do you have
What do your workouts look like
I have to agree with pretty much everything people have posted but if you are truly walking around at 7-8% bf you are a candidate for what you are asking about. As others have said though it all depends on goals, bf, how far out, etc.....
