well my diet usually consists of wild caught salmon 4x daily and either chicken or turkey or beans as my other protein source for the other 3 meals of the day, now on occasion i will have a steak because it just taste so darn good, but have given thought to giving up my steaks and replacing with bison meat since hearing about how it contains the somewhat healthier fats in it. When just focusing on health would you all agree that making this change in my diet would be a more positive change for my health?
