Thanks for the input Cjay but I'm way ahead of you. I have my eye on this linear bearing Smith and if I can swing it ($) a legpress/hack squat machine. My own squat rack and bench have seen better days (just like me, Ha!Ha!) You're right they will help with safety concerns but that doesn't really eliminate all dangers. I try to be careful that I don't slip with a heavy dumbbell and knock myself unconscious doing tri exercises or hurt myself doing standing or seated calf raises, etc......but you never know? My knees are for crap. I got hit by a car crossing the street when I was younger and my knees give me alot of trouble even though they have more wrapping around them than an Eqyptian mummy! So I just keep plugging away and hope nothing serious happens. So far the worse that's happened is straining my lower back-so that wasn't so bad. Right? Thanks again I appreciate your input!
