Again thanks for the great insight into training, diet and recovery.
I've gained more in the last year then I've gained in the last 6 years with volume training.

DaRooster, I have been trainig with DC for 13 weeks noe I have gained 21 lbs in that time. That is more than I gained in two years of high volume garbage going nowhere workouts.

DC is very shy with his pics, but if you venture over to Muscle Mayhem he has a few pics up there.

He has been a little stressed lately with his business so I know he has lost some mass, he might now be down to 298 with 10% BF, I really worry about him sometimes with this kind of weight loss...

those were airbrushed. just kidding big guy.

honestly guys, that pic doesn't do him justice. granted he does look big in that pic, he looks way more jacked in person. also alot more hairy as well, lol.

You have done quite a lot with your physique and your wife is very beautiful. I am interested in seeing a picture of the shoulder stretch if you happen to have one. Should it be your wife doing the stretching I certainly wouldn't complain.

Tpc, how do you fit into the whse at true protein with the ego, I mean the back that DC has, it must get into the way constantly...
