thank you i appreciate that. but for a guy that is so advanced physically he has little to no interesting in talking about it. plus i cant get him off his harley.

true story. he stepped in a hole last week while stopping his bike he is very short so his bike started to fall. he caught the bike with his right hand and pulled it back up with one arm, its a full size cruiser. it partially tore his bicep yet he was back in the gym a few days later training arms. sheesh.

his diet consist of black coffee and more black coffee, lol.

i know some gentic freaks who run that same coffee,,,more coffee diet and grow.

i know a couple of pros who lurk on this board.. but, never post.. i have asked why.. but, they just dont take the time.. i guess that is their perogative.. but, if they dont want to participate.. then lets put the gusy up who post here every day and answer the questions and shoot the sh@t.. we have guys who are taking shows and either winning or placing very well.. lets show then off..

That is a terrific idea Edge. I understand the lure top pro's, but for me personally they are so out of reach they are not as good an inspiration. Being able to follow the progress of the other guys who post here just makes it seem so much more real and accessible.
