When you say stop, do you mean you cease using it? Or it wears off at some point during the day/week? Or it just plain stops altogether no matter what? Thank you.

I have my wife on it just over 4 weeks now @ 2mg. Nothing yet just some appetite suppression and some mild reflux. Next moth going to up it to 4mg. From what I have read it appears to start working at 4mg for weight loss and build all the way up to 12mg.

my personal experience has been that sema is a more effective appetite suppressant however i’ve gotten better overall results on reta. couple months on it now (3-4 probably) and my dosage of 10mg per week is not anywhere near as capable at blunting hunger than my first week on 2.5
