On an other board someone postet that it is better dissolving rHGH in ampuwa than in NaCl.
He wrote that Ampuwa creates a hypotonic environment and the concentration of dissolved substances is lower than in the surrounding area, so the result is a gradient concentration due to the osmotic pressure.
Which means that the rHGH dissolved in Ampuwa tried to flock in the surrounding cells, and the concentration gradient back in balance - osmotic pressure, and when rHGH dissolved in NaCl, the rHGH works different.
He wrote that this is the reason why the peak from rHGH dissolved in Ampuwa is much higher then the peak from rHGH dissolved in NaCl.
Is this right?
I ever used NaCl with 0,9% BA for my rHGH. And the most Pharma Grade rHGH also comes with NaCl and 0,9% BA (Saizen)
