Monday April 29th 10 weeks out checking
Weight is up to 209.4, it actually was 210.8 a couple days ago, the slight weight increase I likely due to starting IGF-LR3 about 4 days ago, I always gain around 3-5 pounds when on it, pumps have been insane since starting.

I usually consistently get to between 155-165 on the arc trainer.what is your heart rate if you dont mind me asking? I do 45/15 on the bike and I get up to around 130bpm. (Those 45 secs seem to fly by)
was there any reasoning behind doing 40/20 (scientific etc) or just what you found works the best
Yea I don't take measurements either, I'm in a sport where it's all about LOOK, doesn't matter what your measurements are or how much you lift, it's just about looking a certain way.
My joints are just destroyed from years of heavy lifting, it's doesn't really effect my leg training but all pressing movements always hurt like hell so I have had to adjust my training accordingly as I can't do brutally heavy pressing anymore, so workouts are just gauged on intensity now a days and not on how much weight I move.

I change my workout type every 8-12 weeks, I go between powerbuilding where every thing is heavy and explosive, and then to more stretch and squeeze slower tempo training, right now its stretch and squeeze training which is painful as fuck.
