100000x better, only had a few weeks with Jason last year, and the changes were amazing, so a full prep this year I feel is going to be super productive!Looking great!

Coming in lighter and more streamlined was the plan from the jump off. We are trying to hit about 190 or close to it. Once I get this lean as I am now the weight drops very slowly, this week is the first significant weight drop I have had this entire diet so far, it been a steady 1 to 1.5 lbs per week drop. Just added fat burner's like clen/yohimbine and a little t-3 in about a week and or two ago. I am purposely running lower amount of AAS this year also, it all about getting as streamlined as possible as that's what the judges want out of me.You already visibly look better and more ready for the stage. It looks like as the weeks progress that your weight is going to drop more, and that's just fine considering how well you look now! Its only getting better. Do you think later on you will "grow into" the contest some? Curious to know what your bodyweight normally does and what you think it will do. How you look is everything though, weight not so important. You look like you weigh 220!

First off synthetine is water based so I'm not shooting 3cc of oil daily. Second of all morons that say it doesn't work are people that listen to bros and not science. L-carnitine taken with insulin (as little as 2 iu) or if your scared of slin you can try taking it with ALA or R-ALA to help load the carnitine into the muscle cells. O yeah synthetic will also up regulate androgen receptors which is an added bonus.I'm curious to know how you feel personally regarding the injectable L-carnitine daily for weight loss in view of the other cutting drugs you're using. I've read some people say that it helps metabolize fat, while others say it doesn't do much of anything. And you're injecting 3mL ED? That's a lot of oil...
OK guys decided to journal my prep for Chicago pro 212 July 4th weekend (12 weeks out today).

Right now I'm carb cycling. Weight this am was 209.4 lbs. I've been dieting for 4 weeks now and came down from about 218 lbs. Diet rotation now is
Training days = 250 pro/ 240 carbs/ 33 fats
Non trainine days (2 days wk.)= 250 pro/180 carbs/ 33 fats
1 day week (tuesdays)= 240 pro/ 450 carbs/ 25 fats.
Cardio= 5 days of 30min liss, 2 days of 5min of HITT (5 rounds 10 sec hard 40 sec easy)
Gear= just changed up gear this week, keeping dosages lower this year trying to get a lighter more stream lined physique.
Test enanthate - 250mg EOD
EQ - 125 mg EOD
Masteron enanthate - 400mgs WK.
AI = 1mg arimidex EOD
Fat burners - 600mg of inj. L-carnitine before morning LISS Cardio
40mg's clen 2 days on then 2 days of yohimbine hcl. 12.5 mgs
T-3 25mcgs..... just started clen, yohimbine, t-3 last week L-carnitine has been in from beginning (synthetek)

In order of fat burning abilities
1. DNP
2. Synthetine with humalog
3. Clen + T-3
You running this your entire prep or you switching 6-8 weeks out? If so, what gear will you be using then?
