I just wanted to take a quick second to wish Rob Roy the best this weekend. I have the pleasure of working in his studio(best one in Az) on a daily basis which also means that I have watched him progress throughout this past year. When he and I first started working together he was just getting back into training after a long layoff. Without going into to much detail the progression he has made since then with the help of DC training and learning to EAT has been awesome. Hell from the back he is a completely different athlete and I think his 3rd place finish at the Jr's can attest to that. Anyhow good luck this weekend Rob and I look forward to watching you eat that pizza on Tuesday

Dusty, thanks for the thread Bro! I couldn't have pushed this far without ya. The change in my shape is owed to your intensity with the training and DC backing it up. I've been able to focus on the training because of your support and hard work put into Fit By Design.

I had planned on hanging up the trunks after Jr's but had a change of heart of finding myself in the mix again. I was persuaded to jump into USA's by pretty much everyone around me. At this point I knew that I wasn't going to be able to hang on by myself without someone in my corner guiding me. An extra 6 weeks of dieting that was unexpected was just not possible without a prep coach. So, I contacted the guy that has been the driest and hardest that I've seen yet this year and I've been to alot of shows this year.

Homonunculus, thank you for the guidance over the past month. Can't wait for tomorrow night!
