Thanks I placed 2nd in Light. Hvy open NPC at that show Ga. State Championship Kinda of pissed I won it last year and lost to a bad decision this year but you know how it goes. Normal wt. 235 off season and compete 198lb
5 9' I think this was my last show I am tired of the diet part of it. I may just need a break I look at it next year.

excellent! very proportional physique, and great conditioning. placing! take some time off and enjoy life then get back on the grind, I would try and move up to the heavyweight class being 5'9. just put the weight on slowly and keep those great lines, and you we go a loooong ways bro. good luck

Hey man. This is Peter P. How is the ATL? I miss it, but my new home here in Knoxville is pretty cool too. My friend, Streater, who won the Teen's said the GA wasn't that tough this year. I looked at all the pics from the Doc's site and I would agree. What are your thoughts? Take some time and have fun. If I remember right you like to hunt. If you wish to compete again do it purely for fun, because if you wish to pursue if beyond the state level you will have to move to the heavies. Last year I used the GA as a prep for the Collegiate Nationals. I wasn't trying to peak twice nor worry about the state. I looked past the state. The national level judges told me that my height was perfect for the light heavies.(5' ft 6 in) It does make a difference. Roc and I have talked about this. Remember, most people that have won the state show there have never gone on to do much. If you have it has a goal then that is cool, but it is all relative. Even Roc said that most of the local judges there will give the show and or class on conditioning even if the guy doesn't have the tools to do well at the next level. What was the guy's name who won the light heavies this year? Wasn't he older? And where did this dude come from that won the show? What's his story? Anyway, you looked good and don't stop yet! I may be down for the Coastal as I need to take a trip by Pumpin' Iron before my show. We don't have anything like Pumpin' Iron here.

Atl is hot right now but everything seems on track. You look good at the collegiate Nationals show.I know what you mean about peaking for 2 shows last year I was in JR. Nationals 2 weeks before the Georgia so I feel ya. At 5 9' I want to go up to Hvy wt for sure but I need a year off to do it so I think thats what I'll need to do. I have talked with Roc and Rope and know what I need to do but I work full time in Sales and also split a Landscape co. with my father-in-law and own a tanning salon and did I mention 2 kids playing Baseball and gymnastics. I am so busy It's hard to focus on training sometimes. The GA, was tough in the light hvys this year 12 guys in the class and 3 of us have competed in National shows and 1 was ex-pro wrestler ( big but lacked a little on the condition.) The guy who won was 50+ he was in condition but he had no legs, soft hams and glutes and was out of proportion all upper body. He had several freaky veins popping out and for 50 he looked great just not complete package.
The guy who won looked good he had just won the overall in Gadsden 3 weeks before the Ga. He was beatable but his condition was on. I have never seen him before and I have lived here all of my life so he either just decided to do a show or moved in from another state.I believe show had 100 competitors all bodybuilders. The toughest class was Light Hvy and the middle wt. Good Luck at the North America show.
