Sample Excel Diet Template?

I want to get organized and keep my diet log in an excel spreadsheet.

Does anyone have a template so I can see what u guys have yours looking like?

I was watching DC Training and saw that Franco converts all of his stuff to excel and am trying to figure out how to do it and to make it look organized...

You can open Microsoft Excel and then analyse the blank workbook and brainstorm on how to start. Why not take an effective approach and search free templates? There are thosands of free Excel Templates available on internet.
