igf-l 30-40mcg, 10-15min later humalin 5-10iu

LUNCH
igf-l 30-40mcg, 10-15min later humalin 5-10iu

PWO
gh 2-4iu pwo, 20 min later igf-l 50mcg, 10 mins later humalin 5-10iu and PWO shake

Off Days, Tue, Thurs, Sun

MORNING
2-4 iu gh, PEG MGF 100mcg 20 min later IM

I noticed your taking your PegMGF in the mornings on your off days. Are you lifting in the mornings as well. Wouldnt you wanna take the PegMGF 24hrs before a lift, so if you took the pegmgf at 8am on your off days, the next day woudlnt you wanna workout at 8am?

i dont know anything about the GH, but i do know that 100MCG of IGF is going to be waaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much... just my opinion..

you are wasting it.. you should only need like no more than 50mcg, i get bad headaches past 60mcg a day.... and also, you should divide your IGF into 3 doses or so. morning, mid day, and post workout... whatever. just split it up...

yes you are correct its hard if you work all day, but most likey 50mcg twice ed morning followed my 5-10iu slin then post workout. I edited my post to the idea if time was not an option it would be 30-40mcg 3xed on workout days.
