San Francisco Gyms - Need recommendation

Hey bros,

I will be traveling to San Fran with the wife next in a couple days for a week of working vacation. I see there are 2 Gold's Gyms on the penisula. Looking for recommendations on which of the 2 (or another non-Gold's) I should use from any bros in the area.

Yeah there is a real had core qym near the warf called Ben Dover's Muscle World. LOL....

If your going to be in SF, First thing I will tell you is DO NOT GO TO THE GOLDS GYM ON BRENNAN. It is a gay gym, not that i have anything against gay people at all. but I went there and felt like literally a piece of meat.

The best gym in the City to train at is Worlds Gym on 16th/ DeHaro It is about as hard core as you can get for SF.

In Oakland I would say the Gold's near Lk Merrit.

On the Penninsula Stay away from the Gold's Gym near the race track it is all fancy but the dumbells dont even go past 95lbs....Lame.
there is another golds right off the 101 South past san mateo, I havent been there but it is supposed to be a great gym.

I'm from SF.

All hardcore gyms are gay in SF. Huge dudes workin out if feather boas (Maximum turbo gay).

Go to Gorilla sports in the Marina. It isn't hardcore or anything but its straight.
