5:30 am Starting with Stretching and warm ups in the leg extensions and Seated leg curls with my partners Ric Rosselo 280 pounds and Elvis Calderon (former IFBB Pro hard rock 200 pounds with 47 years old.)
LEG EXTENSIONS:
* 1 set with 150 pounds x 20 reps
* 1 set with 200 pounds x 20 reps
* 1 set with 250 pounds x 20 reps
* 1 set with 300 pounds x 20 reps (forced and assisted)

* Hack Squat 450 pounds x 12 + Leg Press 450 pounds x 20

We started competing and joking about how many reps i will make bc i was the first in the line so they wanted to beat me in the reps performed....

7:30 12 egg whites with 2 yolks, 4 Oz Oatmeal, 8 Oz. Cramberry juice.
8:30 went to sleep until 1 pm.
6 pm Depp legs massage and spent the whole day in bed , watching tv. and computer.
