4:30 am 2 Scoops Shynte Pure Protein cooked with 4 Oz. Oatmeal, Cinamon and Splenda
5:30 am Starting with Stretching and warm ups in the leg extensions and Seated leg curls with my partners Ric Rosselo 280 pounds and Elvis Calderon (former IFBB Pro hard rock 200 pounds with 47 years old.)


LEG EXTENSIONS:
* 1 set with 150 pounds x 20 reps
* 1 set with 200 pounds x 20 reps
* 1 set with 250 pounds x 20 reps
* 1 set with 300 pounds x 20 reps (forced and assisted)

BODY MASTERS HACK SQUAT SUPERSET WITH LEG PRESS
* Hack Squat 450 pounds x 12 + Leg Press 450 pounds x 20
* Hack Squat 630 pounds x 12 + Leg Press 630 pounds x 20
We started competing and joking about how many reps i will make bc i was the first in the line so they wanted to beat me in the reps performed....

* Hack Squat 810 pounds x 15 + Leg Press 810 pounds x 30
* Hack Squat 810 pounds x 20 + Leg Press 810 pounds x 40 Ric did 41 and Elvis 42

2 SETS X 12 LUNGES WITH 80 POUNDS DUMBELLS

ONE LEG EXTENSIONS
3 Sets with 70 pounds 5 secs up, 5 secs down....real burn!!!

Stretching....100 gr Dextrose

7:30 12 egg whites with 2 yolks, 4 Oz Oatmeal, 8 Oz. Cramberry juice.
8:30 went to sleep until 1 pm.
6 pm Depp legs massage and spent the whole day in bed , watching tv. and computer.
 
Man pretty impressive. I tried doing hack squats the other day but couldn't since they were hitting my knees so much. We got a new leg press machine in from Nautilus. It is great, you can put alot of weight on it. The first time I did 10 plates on each side in awhile. The angle is a little different with the sled at more of an angle- hits all quads with no stress on the knees at all.
 
to be perfectly honest, i am most impressed with the fact you did that on a Saturday morning at 5:30AM!!! jeeez ,, super work heinz!

Yeah, me either. Well we use to train e times a week at this time the most important muscle groups, the other muscles i train them alone at 12 m in other gym.

Just wondering how many times a week do you train legs? I would think it would only be once with that type of workout.
 
Very impressive to say the least...Most workouts I would attempt to do but you could not pay me to try that...
 
I didn't quiet understand the first sets of leg extensions
was that 1 leg with 300lbs for 20 reps as in you only use 1 leg or was that one set of that weight with both legs?

a one legged extension with 150lbs for any reps is impressive !!

2 legs, at the end we did one leg with 70 lbs, sorry my english still having some details.
 
Is this similiar to a normal leg workout for you BH? I thought you said earlier that you were training one set, one workout, per week, 50 minutes.

What you wrote aboove though, to me, now THAT'S a workout! Awesome!

How were you able to walk home? LOL
 
I am wondering about why you did such high reps. Everything is up there like sets of 30 reps. Is this the norm, or do you cycle your reps from one week to the next doing high one week and lower the next? Do you think the high reps on legs is better for hypertropy? Ive heard some say they swear by it. Right now I train in the range of 4-12 reps all of the time, and rarely might hit 20 reps.

I was training HIT and heavy duty and other high intensity variations for 12 years and last year i started under Victor Munoz supervision so i have to do what he says and i switch to his volume high intensity training.

I coldnt walk and my wife always drive, and at 6 pm i have got a deep massage so no pain just tired.

I wasnt prepare we was just having fun with our good workout and the weight was light to me and i started a competition.

We usually do high reps for legs every 30 to 40 days. But it wasnt Victor Munoz routine we just simple did it.

I train like you did perhaps once a month. I thought you were saying you did 1 set per week per bodypart with 80gms of protein a day. I knew that couldn't be true.

My last leg workout like you did was 12 sets squats, 6 sets hyperextensions, and leg press drop sets until I could barely push the sled. I could barely push in the clutch of my car. It was great. I was sore for days but two weeks later when I did normal legs, I was strong as HELL!

No i didnt sayd that about my protein intake, that was other guy, but the workout it was, and it works, but know i just fallowing my trainer advices.
