scar tissue...

wow, I can't believe how easy the pin went in.

I just stuck my triceps, and by doing that, I am now realizing how much scar tissue I have on other areas of my body. With my triceps, the pin went in with no pain at all, (both arms, inner head) Now I have to wait and see if they hurt tomorrow, but by them going in so easy, I am starting to get concerned with the scar tissue in my bi's and quads. Is deep tissue massage the only thing to get rid of scar tissue?

Time will help, but most people are not that patient. So break it up with massage.
