Took this pic bout a month ago kinda blurry will take more/better pics. These are results from eating McDonalds and Peanut butter and Jelly. . I don't take any supplements no creatine no protein powder.... I am bout to sometime soon. I weighed myself back on Aug 1st at 186 lbs. I don't keep track of home much I can bench it doesnt matter its over 300 though my squat I don't keep track too much either. I can however deadlift off the floor with no straps 515 lbs. did that back on Sept the 8th plan on 600 lbs. in then near future. - C
