Thanks bud, just entered into the dieting phase for a bit before I go back and try to add a little more size, I like taking a bite off the fat then adding some meat and repeating the process, its slow but if you're patient it works really well.

Thanks fellas, hopefully by the next time I post progress pics Ill have a bit more size with some even better level of conditioning.
 
Do you ever go heavy on lat raises anymore or are u scared? U look huge

Lat raises? Are you referring to lat pulldowns or chinups?
I do them both, but chin ups seem to aggravate a spot on my right forearm, so I do pulldowns generally.
And are you asking because of the hernia?
There are no exercises I cannot do for the most part.
I have a problem with my hip which is getting better but I cannot do a 45 degree leg press.
Squats, hack squats, lunges, extenstions, front squats, sissy squats, split squats all seem to be my bread and butters for quads.
I can deadlift as well, but I dont do bent rows, for the same reason I dont do leg press, those angles seem to pull on the hip flexor too hard for now.
Stretching has become a regular 3x a day routine with my hip now.
 
Nice come back bro the thing that realy sucks about jail is the fucking food just empty calories and starch , I finally got some connects a year before i was done also worked in the weight room so that was a plus , glad that's long past , so bro what peps and what was the layout if u don't mind thanks bro
