I couldn't do barbell squat just cuz I can't get my right shoulder in place still in pain when i do it and n pistol squat. Instead of that i did some calfs and dumbell squats.
Unsure if you have ever tried to have some dry needling done? I've recently been getting that done and man, the mobility increase is insane. Even after 1 session.
Can also try ssb bar If you're set on squatting. Or just do leg press, Hacks, v squat machine.
