I am keeping NO secrets from you my friend............well, maybe a little one........I am having ( encouraging) Mike do more volume in certain areas.....8-12 sets....high reps....it is a godsend after low volume...........that's why we switch now and then...........you will see after your shows are over........buckle your seat belt.
