If I am wrong I will certainly apologize. But perhaps my choice of words was not the best. I am not taking away from the fact that SEO when used correctly and with proper training will not produce lasting quality results. I am aware of how it works and the method behind it. Perhaps should have said that too many people use it for the wrong reasons or applications. My personal opinion is that SEO is still a cheat, yes cheating poor genetics. I can admit that if it had been around some time ago (15-20years ago) in its' current form I would have considered it to bring up my piss poor calves and tri's. Back then it was pump n pose, you know that horrible shit esiclene (sp).

The first pics posted looks like a guy with a prop shot gone bad- you know, use prop towards the end of the run closer to a contest mentality. I like to shoot most of my aas in my quads. If the batch has a bit too much BA in it, then it'll swell up causing a lump, not pretty. I guess we all know this happens.
