I'm a relatively big Borresen fan. The other day I was looking through one of his old books ("The Stack"), and I came accross some of his site injection protocols. In a section about site injecting the tricep he writes the following:
"The E.T. triangle! This is a secret location only known to certain bodybuilders with freaky huge triceps. If you curl your arm in front of you and reach under the delt where the tricep delt and brachialis meet. Press around until you find A LITTLE POCKET UNDER THE SKIN. Inject directly into this pocket. It feels like god made it for bodybuilders."
Does anyone use this location for spot injections? If so, how deep into the pocket do you inject and how much oil will it hold?
