I think most people don't realize that a lot of the guys that do prep and nutrition work, especially at the higher level, use some form of load, reload, Skipload, etc., for dieting. It might be higher carb or it might be higher fat or it might be high in both or a combination of both but it certainly isn't uncommon. I get a chuckle when people react like "what a moron" or "you don't know what you are doing", etc.. It shows how little they know about what really goes on with nutrition, loading, dieting, etc, these days.
The sub-title is, of course, a PR move. No question. It gets your attention but it certainly isn't misleading or inaccurate, guys.
