So I bought a meat grinder

Got it for like $70 on Amazon.
Now my chicken and rice meals are ground chicken and rice. It tastes exactly like lean ground turkey. Damn, it’s so much easier to digest my meals now. I wish I had bought one years ago.
I need to buy a big chunk of lean beef and grind that up next.

Cleanup is really easy. Just detach the grinder from the machine and there are just a few pieces to rinse off.

Nice! I remember my grandparents had one you clamp on the table. And as kids we were so excited when they would call us over to turn the crank as they added the meat and fat. We felt important participating in something after killing a cow, pig a few days ago. Then a few years later they got an electric one we felt so modern.

Learn to make sausages if you like them. Used to make them all the time with my sausage making friend. He had the grinder and the casings. We just supplied the meat.

I actually prefer a sausage over a slab of meat. Barbecued. The best.

I lost my meat grinder in a breakup I used it once. The sell ground chicken at the store it's pretty cheap and very low in fat.
