I just moved to Malaysia and checked out the supermarket, now granted I just went to one, but I am having problems filling in some gaps...

I'll give you my USA diet, then the alternate, tell me what you think... any advice is appreciated...

USA
1st meal - Cytogainer shake
2nd - Whole grain wrap, 3 eggs, cheese, spinach, salsa
3rd - Yogurt, granola, blueberries or blackberries
4th (preworkout) wheat english muffin, almond butter, honey, cottage cheese
5th (post) Whey, complex carb shake
6th Meat (chicken, beef, fish, turkey) green veg

snacks: almonds, dark chocolate, dried cranberries, turkey dogs, etc.
drinks: dilluted cranberry juice, water, milk (sometimes with shake)


Malaysia
1st Cytogainer shake
2nd Yogurt, granola, fruit (watermelon, catalope, orange), aminos
3rd Not sure
4th Not sure
5th (post) whey, aminos
6th Meat (chicken, beef, fish) gren veg

snacks: peanuts, instant noodles and eggs

drinks: dilluted Pomegranite juice

I have access to : peanut butter, whole grain bread, oatmeal, honey, OV, various fruits...

any helpful advice on anything would be appreciated... Chime in...
