Right now im around 210 @ 5 feet 7" Leaning up for my Vacation.150g Carbs and 60 mins cardio per day.Seems a bit harder to lose BF since i got diagnosed with the Diabetes.Or maybe im just getting old lol !

Thanks for the kind words.I have been as high as 250 offseason in the past,but tend to stay a little leaner/lighter nowdays due to the Diabetes.I have to keep close check on my BP and also i keep the "Supplement" use light....
