Good call man-i had a surgery 4-years ago to repair it(its actualy my left pec,the picture is oposite)-tore it doing a decline bench,was pretty bad-tore all the way up to the tendon....sucked big time,i was with a sling for 4-5 weeks and then physical therapy for a few more weeks.THANKS FOR THE REPLY BRO!
MD1, Unless you do something very foolish you will do fantastic on stage. You obviously know what you are doing, just keep on that path and tighten up your diet. You are not that far off comp condition now.
You've been posting here for a long time and I think this is the first time I've seen you put up pictures. It's a pain in the ass the first few time you do it. Half the pics we take don't look good....so you are doing well!
