From what I'm seeing I would say work on lat thickness. Your middle back is quite thick. The width will come on it's own. I would start doing some heavy dbl d/bell rows along with some serious T-bar work. This will bring in the thickness and add some width also. Your taper is good. Just lacking that thickness on the sides. I do a lot of seated straight bar rows for this. Good luck with the photo shoot. You will look really good for that. Nice and full. After that hit it hard bro!
