if someone was to order online from an unregistered psp using a neighbors wireless signal and an unregistered hushmail account and delivered to an addy other than their own they should be all good right ?

(this is one for Kaiser) but I am sure you will be fine. Because the address you used to deliver it to has nothing to do with where the actual computer location is. Unless there is some sort of identity theft issues. The only thing you did was just steal free air waves.(internet signal) So again, I believe you'll be fine.
