Sore tonsill and abcess related?

Yesterday evening I noticed that my leg had become a bit swollen and very sore at the site I injected in 2 days ago. I have been injecting the same stuff for weeks any many times in my legs so I usualy hardly feel it the day after anymore.

Anyway today I woke upp with the entire upper mouth region all the way back to my tonsills feels very swollen and sore(epecialy when swallowing) and my leg has become more swollen and a little bit more sore??

Can those 2 things be related somehow?

I have gotten what I though was a abcess last year in the leg but it went away after 1,5 week of steady massages. So Im probably gonna do the same method now and se if it goes away by itself. It doesnt feel warm to touch so I guess it cant be to bad yet??

Of course watch for redness at the site that expands with time torard the core of your body.

Could it be your lymph nodes swelling a bit?

Im not sure what the lymph nodes are?? English isnt my first language
