Honestly guys, I am so wiped out I almost passed out just trying to get a decent picture. Never gone 4 days no carbs before. We see how I feel tomorrow, I'd like to throw up some pics for my bros on pro muscle. Weighed 251.5 this morning, I expect to lose another 5-7 lbs before Friday weigh in

thanks. My goal this year was to win the Supers. That's it. Big jump in competition for me, so if after prejudge I know how I did I will be shit grinning from ear to ear. After that, I can have fun because I don't care about the overall outcome. Achieving my goal is paramount. after that, it's time to eat, work with my training partner getting him ready for Tampa Pro, and plan off-season to rival no other!
