I can agree that a lot of fitness clubs serve as chit chat locations for people, but there's an easy fix for that. Don't join the chit chat club! That shouldn't bother you anyway.....why do you care what other people are doing?

Do what you came there to do and go home.

I guess I'm shocked by your misunderstanding of certain words that you wrote yourself. "sports club" and "fitness centers" are titled that way because that is what they are, hence the name. A sports club would consist of areas where sport activities are done, like basketball and racquetball along with weights for people that want to stay in shape. Fitness centers to me seem like they are named that because they want to attract people that want to get, or stay fit. These places exist and attract to the everyday individual, not the hardcore bodybuilder. No where in the names of the places you mentioned say powerhouse with a bodybuilder as the logo! Get past your ignorance and realize that the world does not revolve around your thoughts, let alone needs. If I were you I would stay away from punching your girlfriend because I'm sure you'll show up in the news about roid rage, whether or not it truly applies to you. Nobody held a gun to your head and made you use the facility.

I guess all the gymborees should be shut down as well right? I should stop taking my daughter there and stop enjoying fatherhood for you as well correct?
