What exactly is legal depth? I squat until my upper legs are parallel to the ground. Is it lower than that? Heres what I did the other day.

I think I may have been able to get 600 if I wouldn't have wasted energy in my first 3 sets. I am just know getting into lifting heavy. I am 230, 5'11", 14%bf.
