Start whole cycle at once? Or ramp into it?

Cycle is gonna be 16wks
600mg prop/wk
500mg NPP/wk
first month Tbol 60mg ED

In the past i've always started my cycles at full dose, and usually get sick in the beginning, but i've heard lots of people get sick. Would it help if I started maybe the first week at 1/3 the dose, then the next week 2/3rds then full cycle or does it not really matter?

I would start on the high dose when your recoptors are clean. So you can get as many recoptors actived as possible.
