Well guys i'm going to start my diet Monday. I'm doing the Dexter Jackson Classic Aug. 1st. I know this sounds weird but I'm really forward to the change. I'm not a big eater, and I'm just tired of packing down the food over the past year and a half.
I'm a little bummed because of this damn recession talk has slowed my business down, to the point of it's going to be hard to afford all my prep needs. But then again I have what most people dream about, at least true bodybuilder's, Dexter's helping me with all my prep for his show. I'm super pumped, but worried about this damn economy at the same time.
Well I haven't posted pics yet. But I'll start as I get closer.
Even though I have Dexter's help for this show I want to thank all the Vets on this board. For helping get to this point. Nobody specific just from reading over the time I've been a member. 12-15 pounds of muscle since last year
