I am in the middle of some issues right now...

I cannot train heavy like I want to due to a broken bone in my hand.

I have a gym all to myself, but it gets lonely down there(it was shutdown, but I stil have access to it). People around me help to motivate me to push harder. I want to be the guy people say...hey he is the hardest worker in here.

I am hoping on MONday that I will be getting this pass to the biggest REC CENTER in the nation...this should help boost my motivation?

Thanks again Phil, I think I will post more pics this fall when things get dialed in better.

I know and see steak all the time....he hurt his hand when he stood up for a buddy....Threw the dude about 10 yards in the air, then let a fist fly, missed the 1st, hit pavement *ouch* then he slammed the assholes head into the ground ---- if Steak has to do this, then I KNOW THE GUY DEF. DESERVED it!
