This isn't for contest prep but its fucking amazing.

ingredients
10 eggs
1.5 oz heavy cream
4 tbsp butter
4 sprigs thyme
Salt and pepper
3 cloves garlic.
1 tbsp olive oil
Favorite steak

Beat eggs for scrambling
Add 1/4 of the butter to heated pan
Begin to scramble stirring constantly
2/3 of the way through asd cream continue to scramble
3/4 of the way through, salt and pepper...doing this too early is why eggs get runny

Second hot pan add olive oil. Pan should be hot enough that the oil slightly smokes
Season with salt and pepper 1 hr at room temp before attempting to cook steak.
Add steak fo hot pan, sear until there's a nice crust then flip
Add whole peeled garlic and thyme
When second side is seared, add remains butter and once it melts baste your steak for 2 minutes with the now herb and garlic infused butter.
Remove from pan and let rest for 10 min...seriously, dont touch it, dont even fucking look at that steak for 10 min.
Enjoy.
You'll seriously go to your favorite steak house and slap the chef for never serving you this.

That sounds amazing.!!!
I grilled Steak last night and have leftovers for breakfast with some fried duck eggs.
Finally got my new grill set up so I can cook my steak right.

Steak and eggs is good for both cutting and gaining. But it is my go to for shedding fat and water quickly while maintaining muscle fullness
How does steak and eggs maintain muscle fullness any more than tuna salad and avocoda?

Isn't sodium main thing for muscle fullness?

Lol I'm gonna difer to the Michelin star Chef on this one. Gordon does know his shit.

He's a typical Top chef, adds ingredients just to look fancy and try and stand out among the other 100's of Michelin star chefs. Sometimes basic is best, but that doesn't sell cook books.

has Anyone noticed when on low calories, boiling eggs seems to give you the most bang for your buck in terms of being filled up by a few eggs?

Hard boiled egg definitely do alot for me as far as keeping me satiated. I eat them alot when dieting or in situations where I can't eat frequently.
When I worked over seas I use to eat tons of pickeld eggs cause I could pack them anywhere
