stomach bloating, tren and heartburn

ok guys i just competed and did great however the last 2 weeks out i had insane bloat issues, i know the orals and liver stress can cause that, and i get heartburn from tren at any dose, not sure what to do about it, im competing in 10 weeks, often when i wake up my gut looks pregnant just terrible even though my waist is like 30-31 inches, normally i use zantac when i begin tren which i know can cause bloating too and hamper digestion i think im cutting that out tomorrow, i have used apple cider vinegar its kinda hit or miss i dunno any advice here? i read that DGL licorice can help but i read licorice root can lower sperm count and raise estrogen not sure about DLG licorice, anyway any ideas here?

i have digestive enzymes NOW brand which are ok, maybe i need capsules instead of tablets...

Prilosec is more effective than Zantac I've noticed. I suffer from the same problem and on top of using Prilosec, Zantac occassionally, and tums here and there as needed, I also avoid coffee on an empty stomach or any caffeine for that matter. Also eating within a couple of hours before going to bed can cause heartburn. Try to do something light and easily digestible before bed. I also have to avoid spicy foods. Aloe vera is really good for digestion and heartburn too.

I was a little concerned with Prilosec causing stomach Bloat too- anyone get this ?

I like ZANTAC (RANTIDINE) for quick control and something I don't need to ingest daily. For me 150mg gives me relief quicker than anything else.

Okay this is very simple.



Your going to have to drop down your food intake honestly, I have notice it completely goes away when I'm not eating like crazy, also 4-5 hours before you go to bed do not eat, this will cause it really bad.

I also take nexium helps like a charm.

And keep red meat down.

I use carafate its an older medication but you take half a tablet mix with water and it coats your stomach. I usually only use on days I know it will be bad.

ive recommended it multiple times on here for anyone with indigestion issues on tren and its a godsend

i had the exact same problems as you and some
until i discovered (by accident) that t3 was the ultimate solution for ANY issues with tren (sleep, lethargy, energy levels, mood, digestion).

it even helps with the heartburn to a degree, however you might have to resort to pantoprazol or something comparable there.
