Ok, I just started my fatburning cycle, T3 and clen and I've been going through about 4 pillows a night. My bed sheets just get soked from sweat. As it is I am only in bed for an average of about 3 hours a night. So now I sleep about 20 min. on the hour. Yes, that is about a total of 60 min. of sleep a night. It's frickin killing me! Any suggestions? I am only 3 weeks out from my first show this year and I'm also doing 2 more at 4 and 6 weeks out. PLEASE any info would be much appreciated. I went through this last year getting ready for the AZ as well. I had a big fan on high blowing on me plus my ceiling fan on high. That was the only thing that saved me. But thats a good sign that your burning some fat....I also used to take an ice cold shower before bed.

Awn- thanks, for the feedback. I've tried the double fan thing and that just turns into a cold sweat. I'll try the shower thing maybe that'll help. In fact I'd try just bout anything at this point! lol:st:r-wars
 
I just remember my body temperature being elevated not to mention we live in the desert. Anything i could do to bring down my temp Id try...the showers helped and lots of ice water too plus there is some stuff you can get at the drug store with some stuff in it thats supposed to stop profuse sweating. I think it has zinc oxide and a bunch of other stuff in it. You put it on right after you get out of the shower try this site - http://www.stopsweat.com/

It's funny that you put a deoderant link on, because I was training clients today and I think that I had more underarm sweat than they did. It was as if they were working me out. lol. Just ordered some. I'll give it a try. This is the first time that I've ever taken clen and I am normally hot all the time as it is but this is madness. I thought that I'd feel like I would be running a temp, but it's not that feeling at all. I just sweat like a pig. oink. oink... Thanks bro. By the way are you going to be doing the az again this year?
 
do you sleep with the air on? I remeber trying dnp in the past with out central air at night, big mistake.

I keep my air between 70-72 degrees at night. My wife is the opposite. She's always freezing, so she hates it but she understands. So, 70 degrees plus two fans. WTF!

lol im in the same boat with the g/f. she freezes at night while I sweat. that sucks, it will be over and worth it all in 3 weeks, just keep your focus. I know your limited on what you can eat before bed right now but try to have some thing if you can. fat free cottage cheese makes me sleep better. Also maybe try some zinc/magnesium/b6/melatonin, it will make you feel drowsy before bed. I sleep pretty good on it.
 
I have heard that you should take a hot shower instead of a cold shower before sleep if you sweat alot. A hot shower makes your body try to cool down and vice versa.
 
I did that last year.....it sucks but dam its the most effective fat burning cycle i've ever done...especially for the finishing aspect of it...

Here's what i did...showers are only temporary....try an ice pack on the back of your neck and try ice on the inside part of your wrists...its a pressure point and cooling off area that I learned from a oriental...right where you usually take your pulse...its a cooling off point...dont ask me but it worked..

I just got tired off the sweety pillow shit...i was up to 400 mcg's of clen and 125 mcg's of t-3...with test,eq deca and t-bol...1200,900,600 and 40 mg's

Big O- The Ice pack thing makes sense. Maybe I'll just throw some ice in the tub n sleep in that biatch. LOL What's your lean mass? I'm on pretty much the same stack and similar dosage on all but the t3 n clen is much lower. Wondering if I should step the clen up. Only hitting 60-120 mg right now.

Killer- I think you're right. I tried the cold shower last night and it was effective for, oh about 10 min. I'll try the steam bath tonight. Thanks Bro.
Dave19- I've had other friends recomend the melatonin. Will pick it up today.
