Time for the rebound

Stayed focused on a cut for most of the summer, didn’t dig as deep as I’d planned as far as some back fat but shit happens I guess. I haven’t done a true dedicated growth phase in years so I figure it’s time. I’d start for awhile then my head would get the way and I’d decide I’d want to lean out so no major progress with it really.

Gonna do it right this time so I’ve been working with @luki7788 since the beginning of last week, really excited to be doing so. Eager to see what kind of progress we can make on my 55 year old ass lol. Here’s a few pics from the last couple weeks.

Thanks man, about 5’7” ish and was 191# at the beginning of last week. Up about 4 pounds or so with that added calories and carbs. I don’t really know the goal number wise but maybe 215 with single digit BF
