I managed to get a hold of some copies of "Hardcore Muscle", written by doggcrapp quite a while ago. By far, one of the most interesting things he writes about is structural adaption through stretching. (anyone whos read it will know what im talking about).
Do any of you guys believe in it?
Ive been attempting to stretch my frame out for a while now, and honestly, i feel its working, but it could just be the placebo effect.. who knows.
I was wondering if anyone had experience with this, as well as their own personal ideas of how to stretch the human frame out (wider shoulders, wider ribcage, wider back, etc). lets hear it.
