any remedies or what to take because this shit is killing me , i cant hardly breath? for 2 weeks straight Ive had a stuff nose, tried nasal sprays , the only work for a minute..

sinex ultrafine mist -12 hour- is the only one that works

I have allergies bad and i use whats called a netti pot.It is a sinus rinse it it works great.walgreens rite aid and cvs should have it.

sudafed always works for me, even with the unbearable stuffiness that I occasionly get.

Meth would also work great but I would not advise that.

I use a neti pot as well if it gets really bad, but I haven't had as much issue since I bought a (quality) air cleaner and humidifier. I would avoid using any nasal sprays such as Afrin. You'll quickly learn the hard way how addictive that stuff can be if you use it for more than a few days.

I live on 12 hour nose spray. Nose just closes up every few hours. Allergies suck.

did you change something in your diet ? gluten gives me bad allergies
