What can I do to improve my physique. Get questioned if I compete and sometimes I wonder what people see. But time to try to look like a damn bodybuilder. Any suggestions, meal plans will help. I been training for a good 5 years went from 175 to the size I am today. Workout 3 days a week following a Big A/doggcrapp hybrid type of training. Currently not much cardio I know I need to pick that up. Eat at least 5 to six times unfortunately I don't always have the damn appetite but shakes come thru for me. Really don't know my macro's cause I'm broke but still trying my best. Not on any type of gear but since I just hit 30 I'm sort of open to the idea. Like I said meal plans, cardio plans, any suggestions will help. Goal is to get as big as my body will let me and be lean not exactly shredded. Thanks
