When I use it for dieting I use clen, T3, GH AND Syntheburn at the same time.
I take Syntheburn first thing in the morning, 2 hours later first dose of clen, 2 hours later another Syntheburn dose and two hours later another clen dose.
With the above cutting agents and the diet outlined in the Articles Forum, I an get one from 20%bf to 4%bf in 9 weeks and not losing any muscle.
At all other times, I take 1 cap of Syntheburn in the morning as it makes me feel happy, energetic and generally good. If I happen to train that day, I take another 2 caps before the workout at 6pm.
Just that, without any diet change, will make a noticble difference in your bf levels within days.
