Synthergine dosage

I have a question of the Synthergine dosage the bottle says 1ml 2x daily per 25kg...now can that B done orally or must it be injected such as most of syntheteks' other products....b/c 7cc daily is ALOT to shoot...?

It works the same whether oral, IM or SQ

I've got a few questions about taking it orally. When is the best time to take it? Between meals or during? Should I split up the dosage or can I take a daily dose at once?

You split up the dosage in two dosages throughout the day.
I'd also take it on an empty stomach to make sure nothing gets in the way of absorbtion.
